We’re not going to let a little inclement weather interfere with out Santa Crawl plans.
The game is on.
Here’s what the schedule looks like:
2 pm: Crawl and Hall – Penn State vs Princeton in hoops at Rec Hall with about 50 Santas in attendance (along with 3000 helpers wearing Santa hats)
4 pm: Crawl from the Hall – a three hour Santa Crawl launch party at Cafe 210. Attendees at the Rec Hall hoops game are encouraged to crawl down to the Cafe to purchase discounted wristbands.
7 pm: Crawl Happy Hour for those that just can’t wait for the official start at 8pm. Join us at Kildare’s or the Cafe for an early start.
8 pm: The official start of the State College Santa Crawl at our traditional launch spot, Kildare’s, or the new secondary start at Cafe 210
9 pm: Crawlers move on to Bar Bleu, Lion’s Den, G’Man, or Indigo.
9:45: Santa Crawl photo at Indigo
10 pm: Rotelli, Adam’s Apple, ShandyGaff, Brewery or Allen Street Grill, Zeno’s, Pickles
10 pm: Free Pizza at Rotelli
10 pm; Free Hoagie slices at the Tavern
11 pm: Skeller, Mad Mex, Darkhorse, Phyrst, Local Whiskey
11 pm: 93.7 The Bus broadcasts from Local Whiskey
Midnight: All participating bars.
2 am: All done in? Grab a cab and take advantage of the Santa Crawl discounted room rate at the Hampton Inn on College Ave.
All Day: Discounted cheesesteaks at Bradley’s
So weather be damned, come out and join the Crawl for at least part of the day/evening as we spread a message of cheer across downtown State College while also raising money for a worthy cause.
