Wristbands are scheduled to go on sale Monday morning at numerous establishments around town. All of the following locations have them: Primanti Bros, Tavern Restaurant, Bradley’s Steaks and Hoagies (both downtown and North Atherton stores), The Brewery, Doggie’s Pub, Hotel State College, Cafe 210 West, Federal Taphouse, and Chrome Liquor Lounge.
While they don’t officially go on sale until Monday, if you should happen to see one of these promotional flyers and you ask the right person nicely, you might be able to get your hands on one before then.
The wristbands are $20 each and 100% of the monies raised go to the Boland Fund at Penn State’s Bellisario College of Communications.
